BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY |

The
board of water supply shall consist of seven members, four of whom shall
be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the County Council. The State
District Engineer of the department of transportation, the County
Engineer, and the Planning Director shall be ex-officio voting members
of the board.
The ex-officio members shall not serve as chair or vice-chair of
the board. The board shall hold at least one regular meeting each month.
It shall adopt rules and regulations necessary for the conduct of
its business.
